Scorrano - Compensation Claims

How it works

From first contact to case management: a structured path for those who have been in a road accident and need legal protection.

The process in 5 steps

A structured process to support you at every stage of your compensation claim.

  1. First contact

You contact us by phone, email or through the form on the website. We gather essential information about the accident, those involved and documentation already available.

  2. Phone appointment

We arrange an initial phone appointment (or via Skype) to assess whether action is viable, explain your rights and indicate the most appropriate next steps.

  3. Document collection

We guide you in gathering relevant documents: police report or CID, medical records, certificates, expert reports, policies and correspondence with insurers.

  4. Assistance and negotiation

We initiate procedures with insurance companies, assess assisted negotiation and, if necessary, legal action. We keep you updated on developments.

  5. Case closure

We assist you until the dispute is resolved out of court or in court, with the aim of obtaining redress for the harm suffered.

What to expect

Transparency, dedicated support and an approach focused on resolving your case.

  • Clear communication

We explain rights, procedures and possible scenarios from the first appointment, with updates throughout the case.

  • Dedicated contact

Your enquiry is assigned to a lawyer on the team working with Studio Cataldi, who responds by email or phone.

  • Preliminary assessment

The initial phone appointment helps determine whether and how to proceed, without committing you to action you do not consider appropriate.

Indicative timelines

Useful documents

Documents that may help start or speed up your case.

  • Police report or friendly accident report (CID)
  • Medical records, prognosis certificates and health documentation
  • Vehicle documents and insurance policy
  • Invoices and receipts for expenses incurred (repairs, care, loss of use)
  • Medico-legal expert report, if already available
  • Correspondence with insurance companies

You do not need all documentation at first contact: we will help you identify and obtain missing documents.
